Your holiday pay entitlement is normally set out in your contract of employment. The statutory minimum is 5.6 weeks per annum. However, in some industries, they can include bank and public holidays. Part-time workers are also entitled to the same level of holiday pay depending on the amount of days you work.
Currently, if you work around 38-40 hours per week over five days this is 5.6 times your usual working week and your statutory holidays would be approximately 28 days per annum. Or, for example you work part-time 4 days a week, eight hours a day your holiday entitlement would be 16.75 days or 134 hours
